Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just contact us with your order number within that time, and then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
Please contact us before sending anything, so we can give you the correct return address. Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
Refunds
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've returned it), to your original payment method. This includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is your responsibility.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
